What is Orkestriq?
Orkestriq is the conference platform for international events: registration, visa and invitation letters, QR check-in, badges, communications and a delegate portal in English and French, on one platform, for events across Africa and the UK. One platform runs delegate registration, QR badge check-in, visa and invitation letters, delegate communications, an AI assistant and live analytics. Every delegate gets a web portal that installs to their phone like an app, with no app-store download.
How much does Orkestriq cost?
Pricing follows the size of your event and the package you choose: Essentials from £1,150, Professional from £1,750 and Enterprise from £2,950 for up to 300 delegates, rising through six delegate bands. One fixed fee per event, onboarding included, and no per-delegate fees or ticket commission. If you run several events a year, an annual licence covers every event you run at that size for one yearly price. See the pricing section.
Can Orkestriq generate visa and invitation letters?
Yes. On the Professional plan, Orkestriq produces personalised visa and invitation letters on your letterhead, filled with each delegate's details. It replaces the one-by-one process most conference secretariats still do by hand.
Do delegates need to download an app?
No. Every delegate opens a web portal in any browser and adds it to their home screen in two taps, where it behaves like an app (a PWA). Nothing to install, no app-store approval to wait for.
Can I brand the delegate portal with our own logo (white-label)?
Yes. The delegate portal carries your event's logo, colours and banner. On the Enterprise plan you remove Orkestriq's branding too, so the portal reads as your organisation's own.
How does QR check-in work at the event?
Each delegate carries a unique QR badge in their portal. Your team scans it at the door with any phone or tablet, and the check-in shows on your live dashboard. No dedicated hardware.
Is Orkestriq available in French?
Yes. The delegate portal, registration pages and emails all come in English and French, so it fits both Anglophone and Francophone events.
Where is our delegate data stored?
Your event data is hosted within the European Union. You are the data controller and Orkestriq is the processor, with a data processing agreement signed before any delegate data is loaded. Read the security and data page.
What happens to our data after the event?
It stays yours. You can export your full delegate list at any time, and when you ask us to remove it we delete it permanently and confirm in writing. There is no lock-in. How deletion works.
